How to play

  1. Form 2 large groups (12 and 13), each split into 3 teams of 4 in colored pinnies; each large group uses one giant ball.
  2. Serve position (4 min): three students hold the ball at waist height or while kneeling, and the fourth hits it with both arms together; rotate until everyone has hit twice.
  3. Catch (5 min): one team serves gently toward another team 6 yards away; the receivers stop the ball with arms, chest, or legs as a group of four without letting it drop.
  4. Triangle (6 min): the three teams form a triangle marked with cones 8 yards apart; the ball travels from team to team in order and the group counts consecutive catches.
  5. Before hitting, the team calls out "Omnikin!" followed by the receiving team's color, and that team has 3 seconds to get in position.
  6. Every 2 minutes, switch the direction of the triangle to beat the record.
