Flag American Football 8v8
8v8 flag football with defined positions (quarterback, receivers, defenders) and team-planned plays.
How to play

- Each team draws 2 or 3 simple plays on a whiteboard or paper.
- Game with four downs to reach the end zone.
- Before each down, a 20-second huddle to choose the play.
- Rotate positions every two series so everyone throws and catches.
Rules

- No guarding your flags with your hands.
- The quarterback can't run with the ball until 3 seconds have passed.
