Basic Acroyoga (Middle School)
Basic acroyoga in threes: a base lying down supports a flyer while a spotter keeps everyone safe.
How to play
- Explain the roles of base, flyer and spotter.
- Ground-level poses: base lying down with feet on the flyer's hips, flyer supporting themselves with hands on the floor.
- Move to poses with the flyer lifted only when the trio is comfortable, always with a spotter.
- Each trio creates a sequence of 2 or 3 poses.
Rules
- Always on mats with a spotter.
- Clear signal to come down ("down").
- Nobody flies unless they want to.

Harder
