How to play

  1. Standing forearms and fingers: stretch wrist flexors and extensors with the other hand while balancing on one leg; 20 s per position (2 min).
  2. Hand-bridge challenge: in pairs, face to face with palms together, both step back and stretch shoulders and chest by leaning in without losing contact (2 min).
  3. Mirror inner-thigh stretch: legs wide, slowly shift weight side to side in sync with your partner (2 min).
  4. Quad stretch with mutual support: each grabs their ankle and rests the free hand on the partner's shoulder; 20 s then switch legs, trying not to wobble (2 min).

Teacher tip

Works in the schoolyard or the gym. The typical mistake is turning it into a race; remind them the steadiest pair wins, not the fastest.
