Cleanup with Aim: Every Ball Goes Back with a Pass
To clean up, balls travel to the bin only through gentle chain passes, and the last pass must land in the bin. It brings the pace down with a calm accuracy and teamwork task.

How to play
- Two teams walk into a chain from where the balls are to their bin (1 min).
- Balls are passed hand to hand gently; nobody runs (2 min).
- The last person bounce-passes into the bin from 2 m; a miss sends the ball back to the start (2 min).
- Cones: pass them along with the foot one at a time to the pile (1 min).
Rules
- Walk, don't run.
- Gentle passes to the hands.
- A dropped ball is picked up calmly.
- Everyone touches every ball.
Variations
Easier
Toss into the bin from 1 m.
Standard
Bounce pass from 2 m.
Harder
Off-hand toss.
Adaptations
- Limited mobility: last in the chain, tossing into the bin seated.
- Visually impaired students: placed mid-chain, receiving with a voice cue.
- Tired or injured students: count the balls that go in.
Learning goals
- Lower intensity gradually.
- Fine-tune soft-pass accuracy.
- Put equipment away cooperatively.
Equipment for a class of 25
- handballs: 14

Teacher tip
Turn a boring chore into a mini challenge: announce how many balls went in on the first try. Bins can be the ball carts or open mesh bags.
