The Rocking Ship
The rocking ship: the gym is a ship and students run to the side the captain calls, balancing as the ship "rocks".
How to play
- Mark the four sides of the gym: bow, stern, port and starboard.
- Call a side and students run there.
- Add commands: "storm" (balance on one foot), "man overboard" (lie on the floor), "captain coming" (salute and freeze).
- Change the captain every few rounds.
Rules
- No pushing.
- Freeze and balance on the commands.

Harder
