How to play
- Each student picks an imaginary superhero.
- Flight training: jog with arms out and change direction.
- Super strength: squats lifting an imaginary car; super speed: 5 m sprints.
- Shield: hold a 10-second plank to block the enemy attack.
Rules
- Superheroes never crash.
- Train each power for as long as the teacher says.
