Fox Tail Tag
Fox-tail tag: each student tucks a ribbon "tail" in their waistband and tries to steal others' tails while protecting their own.
How to play
- Each student tucks a ribbon in the back of their waistband, leaving at least 30 cm hanging.
- On the signal, everyone tries to grab tails while protecting their own.
- Grabbed tails are added to your own; students who lose theirs keep playing to win one back.
- 90-second rounds; count tails at the end.
Rules
- No holding your tail or tucking it in.
- No pushing or grabbing clothes.
- Stay inside the marked area.
Variations
Easier
Big area and long tails.
Standard
Everyone against everyone, 90-second rounds.
Harder
Teams: the team keeping the most tails of its color wins.
Adaptations
- Limited mobility: safe zone where nobody can take their tail for 5 seconds.
- Contact: remind students they only touch the ribbon.
Learning goals
- Improve agility and changes of direction.
- Activate the cardiovascular system.
